50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 1 month prior to your arrival date.
Signed contract with Visa info for damage deposit required to receive door access code and full check in and house details.
Cancellations: between booking and 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit of the first night's rate will be forfeited. Inside 30 days of arrival, full payment will be forfeited. Refunds or portions thereof may be refunded based on number of nights we are able to rebook.
This is not a party house. Please respect our favourite place to visit and the quiet around Heffley Lake. Our neighbours appreciate it.
